Trade Counter Direct.com (TCD) was established in 2005 with the aim of providing professional tradesmen and DIY’ers alike with an alternative and more personal solution to buying quality tools online than currently exists.

Our company consists of the frontline Sales & Product Development Team - made up of guys with real hands-on trade experience having worked in many different construction industries. They are supported by our obligatory “computer geeks” (no online store would complete without them!), our Customer Service Team, Accounts Department and last but by no means least Warehouse Crew who make sure your orders get out the door!

Whatever our role at TCD, everyone is dedicated to offering a personal service and developing good relations with our regular customers.
