POWER8 Workshop WS1-ECO Cordless Workstation
The ECO comes with 1 x 1.7NiCad Battery & a Drill Driver instead of a Hammer Drill.
The Power8, as seen on the BBCs Dragons Den, is a highly innovative 8 peice cordless power tool that fits into one compact easily transportable workstation.
The 1st cordless workstation, it offers twice the functionality with no compromise to the tools, Power8 uses a Powerhandle which fuels all the cordless power tools and is charged via the workstation.

Work anywhere with the Power8's cordless workstation, use remote from a mains outlet and transform the following cordless tools into their bench top equivalents.
From Cordless into Bench Top:
- Drill Driver - into - Pillar Drill
- Circular Saw - into - Table Saw
- Jigsaw - into - Scroll Saw
- Halogen Light - into - Table Light
Table Saw:
- The POWER8workshop also turns into a Table saw by attaching the Circular Saw to the underside of the POWER8workshop table.
- Powered on by the safety on/off switch mounted on the POWER8workshop box, with 3 integral safety switches so the table saw can only be used when in its proper position.
- The spirit level becomes the easily adjustable cuttting guide.
- The box can be securely attached to a work surface for safe operation.
Drill Press:
- The POWER8workshop turns into a drill press, by attaching the Drill head to the mounting arm.
- Powered on by the safety on/off switch mounted on the POWER8workshop box, with 3 integral safety switches so the table saw can only be used when in its proper position.
- The box can be securely attached to a work surface for safe operation.
Scroll Saw:
- The POWER8workshop also turns into a scroll saw by attaching the Jigsaw to the underside of the POWER8workshop table.
- Powered on by the safety on/off switch mounted on the POWER8workshop box, with 3 integral safety switches so the table saw can only be used when in its proper position.
- The box can be securely attached to a work surface for safe operation.
1 x Powerhandles (1.7Ah Ni-Cad):
- The patented power centre for the POWER8workshop products and ready to power future cordless products from CEL.
- Fitted with both variable and constant voltage outputs and including the patented Multi Purpose Button system.
18V Drill Driver:
- A powerful, robust and stylish Drill with a 2 speed gearbox and torque control. Available with two different spec.; motors and gearboxes with the lower being light and economic, and the higher including a hammer action drill function.
- Includes 2 double ended driver bits with on product storage.
- The Drill also doubles as the Drill Press engine in the POWER8workshop.
18V Circular Saw:
- An ergonomic product with all the functionality of a top-of-the-range saw, with the bonus of having a riving knife to reduce kickback and improve straightness of cutting.
- The adjustable fence doubles as a mitre fence for the table saw and a protractor for marking up work.
- This product also doubles as the Table Saw engine for the POWER8workshop.
18V Jigsaw
- A sturdy and stylish body hides the all metal transmission and mechanics making this a powerful and versatile jig saw.
- This product also doubles as the Scroll Saw engine for the POWER8workshop.

- The POWER8workshop also turns into a Table Light by attaching the Torch to the mounting arm
