The LOFTPAN RANGE has been developed to provide an effective solution to gain access to lofts and roof space.
Size:
- LARGE: 530 (inside hinge) x 745mm
- Overall Depth: 50mm
- Add 15mm to overall dimensions for Structural Opening

- Fire rated - 60min Fire Protection
- Conforms to Building Regs L1 & L2 (2002)
- Suitable for Part J Regs
- 50mm overall depth
- Fitted between max 47mm wide 600mm centre trusses or joists
- Precision manufactured in Zintec
- Fully concealed full length heavy duty piano hinge
- Visible picture frame (PF) as standard (simulated beaded frame (SBF) for taping and jointing to conceal the frame - available on request)
- Supplied powder coated RAL 9010 20% glos as standard
- Slot budget lock
- Keylock or security lock options available dpending on specification
- Flap down door and hinged design allows for use with telescopic ladders (available on request)

Suitable for Part J Building Regs, which specifies the provision of access hatches to allow visual inspection of concealed flue & chimney systems.
Part J Building Regulations state that access should be at least 300 x 300mm and should not adversely affect existing fire, thermal and acoustic provisions. (See the attached PDF by NHBC above or visit the link below direct to the 2010 Part J Regs document.)
