The LOFT736 Drop Down Loft Hatch Access Door provides an unobtrusive and cost effective alternative to traditional loft space access.
The Loft Hatch access door provides unimpeded loft access by using a pull down door which has a 3 point locking system.
The door and frame have been designed with the aesthetic appearance of the modern home in mind and is finished so the surface that can be easily cleaned with a solvent free damp cloth. Alternatively the LOFT736 can be painted to match interior decor.
Fitted with insulation board which complies to CFC and HCFC free, ODP zero and compliant to Eco homes standards with a global warming potential rating of zero.
