They have been designed with 6 gripping points which makes them have a fantastic fit and helps to reduce slipping and rounding off. The recessed corners allow the torque to be transferred across the flats of the socket rather than producing stress on the points or the corners, this, in turn, increases the durability and life span of the sockets. Tight spaces stop being a worry with these sockets as they have thin walls making them easier to fit into spaces.
The sizes are lasered onto the sockets so that they do not easily wear off over time.
