We hope that you don’t have any cause for complaints, but if, unfortunately, you do, then at TCD we have a strict internal procedure for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have.
If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions as to how we can improve then please contact us on sales@tradecounterdirect.com
Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially, and with respect. TCD will respond to your e-mail as quickly as possible and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
If you endeavor to resolve the complaint within four working days Customer Service will issue you with the name and contact telephone number of a higher authority at TCD.
