We’re keeping the same great service
All orders placed up until 4pm will be dispatched and left with couriers, where service is still currently prompt and on time.
Keeping our Staff Safe
Where working from home is not an option, we’ve ensured to take every precaution.
Warehouse workers are permitted to wear masks at all times and regularly clean their workspaces.
Thankfully at TCD our packing areas already have an abundance of space, which means socially distancing is easy.
Most importantly we monitor the health of our staff and ensure they are showing no symptoms.
Should any of our staff feel unwell they are advised to stay home until they have taken a test.
Couriers / Vistors
Royal Mail and DPD will now leave your parcel on the doorstep, knock your door and step back up to 2 meters while waiting for you to open the door.
Our couriers will now ask for your name, then the driver will provide their signature for the parcel. This will mean no more swapping of hand devices between people.
