These options will depend upon your location, stock availability, total order value and the total size/weight of your order.

Delivery costs will be calculated when your preferred delivery option has been selected based on the delivery address and the goods in your basket. Royal Mail deliveries will have no online tracking information. All other delivery options will be fully trackable and a signature will be required. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Please note there is a 3pm cut off for Next Day delivery options. Free standard delivery (2–3 day service) is available on UK mainland orders over the value highlighted on the website (excludes Highlands & Islands).

These Forgefix Universal Fixing Plugs are made from 100% Nylon, providing excellent strength and durability. They are quick and easy to install and provide quicker and greater expansion than normal wall plugs.

Specially designed for use with lightweight block work, aerated hollow block and plasterboard.
Suitable for fixing all manner of lightweight fixtures such as shelving, batons, brackets and many other applications.

Here are some helpful points to make your returns/exchange a smooth process, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance:

  • Contact us via email sales@tradecounterdirect.com with your order details and reason for the return, we will check the items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • An exchange can then be made or a refund issued against the original method of payment

We are also able to accept returns by post to our warehouse, but unfortunately, we are not able to arrange or pay for postage, and this would be at your own expense.
