How to Pay for Your Order?
All payments are processed by a secure server. It is a very safe and unique system and as a result, Trade Counter Direct Ltd does not at any time view your card details. This is an added level of security that we have added for your protection allowing safe and worry-free internet shopping.
When making a payment please make sure your billing address, as entered in your account details, matches the registered statement address of your card. (The address on the top of your card bank statement.) If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, please amend the shipping address in your account details, as appropriate.
At the final checkout page of the Trade Counter Direct Ltd website, check the details of your order and press proceed to make a payment. You will now be directed to the secure payment server. You will now be asked to make a payment. You can choose from Switch, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Master Card and Visa. After adding your details and proceeding you will be asked to check and verify your order details and complete. After this process, you will be redirected back to the Trade Counter Direct Ltd website. Your order will now be processed for shipping.
How do I view my account details?
After you have placed an order or you have registered with the site, you can edit your details within your account area. Press the login Tab at the top of the page and enter your email address and password.
Click on the Account link at the top of the page to access your account details. From here you can edit your address details, view your account history and print VAT invoices.
How do I print a VAT invoice?
All orders are shipped with a full VAT invoice either inside the box or attached to the parcel in a clear envelope.
If you would like another copy you can simply log in to your TCD account find your order and click print invoice link.
I want to return an item...how do I do it?
Request returns with Trade Counter Direct couldn't be easier simply follow the steps below.
Step 1. Log in (https://www.tradecounterdirect.com/login.php) or if already logged in go to My Account. (https://www.tradecounterdirect.com/customer_dashboard.php)
Step 2. Once logged in find order.
Step 3. Click return and request the product/products you wish to return and state your reason.
Step 4. Once your return request has been approved we will contact you with further information.
I've received the wrong item
Please check all packaging before opening your order(s) to ensure you have received the correct product. If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. You may be charged for redelivery.
If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. We will refund the cost of postage where applicable.
