Larger than the standard box, the Mitras Medium Manweb Recessed Electricity Meter Box houses any domestic electric meter. This box is widely used in the Manweb electricity area (now Electricity North West) in Northern Ireland.
The design of this box allows for cable entry through the building cavity as the external architrave is smaller than the standard box.
This electric meter box complies with BS8567:2012 specification for outdoor electricity meter cupboards.
