Returns Policy
Unwanted Item?
- Refund Period: Return within 28 days for a full refund via your original payment method.
- Refund Timeframe: We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the item.
After 28 Days?
- We do not accept returns for unwanted items after 28 days. If attempted, we may send it back to you at your expense.
Condition of Items
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels.
- Certain items, including PPE, underwear, power tools, meter boxes, footwear, and custom orders, cannot be returned if opened, used, or tampered with.
Your Responsibility
- Ensure items are packed securely to avoid damage.
- Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.
Exchange Policy
- We no longer offer free exchanges. Please place a new order for a different size or colour.
Return Process
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Click 'Create Return' next to the order you want to return.
- Follow the instructions provided.
Faulty Items
- Return as soon as possible by selecting 'Faulty' as the reason and include any relevant images or videos.
- If you can't create a return, contact Customer Care.
Damaged in Transit
- Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged.
- If accepted and found damaged, contact Customer Service within 72 hours.
- Follow the 'My Orders' process and select 'Damaged in transit'.
Incorrect Item
- Follow the 'My Orders' process and select 'Incorrect item received'.
Non-Working Items
- For items purchased less than 30 days ago, follow the faulty item return process.
- For items purchased over 30 days but within 12 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. Refunds provided if repair or replacement isn't possible.
- After 12 months, your statutory rights apply.
