Returns Made Simple

We’re here to make your returns as hassle-free as possible. Whether it’s a change of mind, an issue with your order, or a faulty product, we’ve got you covered. Just follow the steps below to get started.

Returns Policy

Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve decided you no longer want your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us of your intention to return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item back for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Please note that unwanted items cannot be returned after 28 days. If an item is returned outside of this period, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, goods must be in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging, labels, and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, worn, or tampered with.

Custom made products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your order includes a free promotional gift as part of a qualifying purchase, the gift must be returned in its original condition alongside the item(s) being refunded. Failure to return the promotional gift may result in a deduction from your refund, equivalent to the retail value of the gift.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, simply place a new order, and we’ll process your return for a refund as outlined above.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged During Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days by completing the form on this page. Have images of the damaged product, packaging, and courier label ready, as these may be requested to process your claim quickly.

Faulty Products

  • Within 30 Days: If your product is faulty, describe the issue using the form below, and be prepared to provide images or videos if requested. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.
  • Over 30 Days: For faults developing after 30 days, please visit our Warranty Page to access repair or replacement services. We’ve partnered with leading manufacturers to ensure your warranty claims are handled efficiently. If neither a repair nor replacement is possible, we will provide a refund where applicable.

To begin, fill out the form on this page with as much detail as possible. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our Customer Service team, we’ll email you the returns paperwork and instructions on sending your item back to us.
