Delivery costs will be calculated when your preferred delivery option has been selected based on the delivery address and the goods in your basket. Royal Mail deliveries will have no online tracking information. All other delivery options will be fully trackable and a signature will be required. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Please note there is a 3pm cut off for Next Day delivery options. Free standard delivery (2–3 day service) is available on UK mainland orders over the value highlighted on the website (excludes Highlands & Islands).

Weighing only 3.6kg and being perfectly balanced the ROMAX 4000 is up to 0.9kg lighter than its competitors. Ergonomic design and a 4-second pressing cycle allow the operator to use the machine for longer periods, increasing productivity.

Powered by the newest interchangeable Li-ion 4ALL 18V battery platform the ROMAX delivers up to 100% more cycles than standard battery technology.

We hope that you won’t need to return anything to TCD, but if you do, we aim to make the process quick, easy and efficient, so you can exchange or refund your purchase with confidence.
Here are some helpful points to make your returns/exchange a smooth process, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance:

  • Contact us via email sales@tradecounterdirect.com with your order details and reason for the return, we will check the items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • An exchange can then be made or a refund issued against the original method of payment

We are also able to accept returns by post to our warehouse, but unfortunately, we are not able to arrange or pay for postage, and this would be at your own expense.
