You pay to send the product to us. If your product is found to be faulty we will repair/replace and then cover the costs of returning the product back to you.
Unfortunately, we have to have a couple of exclusions at this point. Any item that has been misused is not covered. For the avoidance of doubt, breaking quick connect fitting by forcing the connector without pushing the release button would count as misuse. Any physical damage to a product is also not covered such as dropping, snapping, or kinking cables.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect incidental or consequential loss or damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill or any intangible losses, or personal injury or death resulting from the use or sale of our equipment. How can I view my orders or get a copy of my invoice?
Go to My Account and select My Orders in the right-hand menu. All of your online orders will appear here as soon as you complete the online checkout.
To print your online order invoice, click View Order once opened click print order at the top right of the page.
